Improv – Helping with Social Anxiety

View count
As a freshman you're already thrown in the deep end of your lives and academia when you start university, but at WSU you're required to take Public Speaking. If you haven't spoken in front of a group before, such as debate or theatre, that can be pretty hard. Improv and acting can help overcome some of the shyness and stage fright that comes with speaking in front of people.

WSU Student Improv Club meets every Thursday from 5-7:30pm at Wilner Auditorium 204 (as of February 2020).
