During the showcase, competing students will summarize the importance and impact of their research in three minutes. The winner of this showcase will go on to represent WSU at a regional competition in the spring. Teacher education majors interviews are 1pm to 5pm. This is an excellent opportunity to meet with employers that may have co-op, substitute, or full-time positions available for Fall 2022 and Spring 2023. This also includes non-teaching positions. This year the featured speaker will be former WSU undergrad Dr. James Blakemore, who will present a talk entitled Looking “Under the Hood” of Adventures in Chemistry & Energy. Food and refreshments will be provided. Opening remarks and oral presentations will be 1:30 to 3 p.m. in the RSC Lucas Room. Blakemore will speak from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Lucas Room.
