Shocker Financial Wellness is hosting a workshop on the topic of "Adulting 101". This come-and-go event will run from 11:30AM to 1:45PM on April eighth at Woolsey Hall in the Fidelity Bank Ballroom. Looking for an engagement experience you can’t find on campus? Look no further than the Shocker Leadership Experience. SLE is a FREE 5-day, 4-night overnight experience at Rock Springs 4-H Ranch in Junction City, Kansas from Monday, May 19 through Friday, May 23 (week after semester ends). SLE engages participants in leadership knowledge and skill development facilitated in both large and small groups, and also through numerous interactive activities. This program is great for all students, regardless of their leadership experience. Topics include: Personality and Leadership, Leading through Conflict, Building Community/Belonging, Leadership Power and Influence, and Living and Leading through Purpose. The College of Engineering invites all to attend its annual Engineering Open House from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, May 9 at Charles Koch Arena. Between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., senior engineering and computing students will present prototype solutions throughout the concourse. From the end of student presentations until 7 p.m., there will be hors d’oeuvres and refreshments served, as well as an awards ceremony.
