The Lambda Alpha Symposium was created to encourage and recognize student research in the field of anthropology. The symposium provides students an opportunity to present a 15-minute presentation and discuss current research in an atmosphere conducive to professional development. At the end of the event, three judges will announce a winner, who will be given a prize of $100. Additionally, an award will be given for best Undergraduate presentation. Event Date: Saturday April 7th. Abstract Due Date: Friday March 16th
