Founder of Fearless & Female’s own Cindy Coughenour will instruct up to 35 participants on tactics relating to self-defense. Cindy founded Fearless and Female in 2001 as a direct response to the murder of her childhood friend, Julie Ladd. As a Professional Speaker and Self-Defense Advocate Cindy is certified and trained in many different forms of self-defense such as Krav Maga and Jane Jitsu.

Registration to this one hour workshop is free to WSU Students and includes interactive instruction and a free stabby kitty key ring. An ice cream social will also follow after the program is over.
