Enjoy $1 specials in the Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes this week while you study for finals! From Monday, December 4 – Saturday, December 9, we’ll have $1 small Bud Light draws, $1 fountain beverages, $1/hour pool table rentals and $1 bowling games, with cosmic included Friday and Saturday evenings. Student Health Services will be open 8 to 5 December 18 through 21, and will be close December 22 through January 1 for winter break.

Instructional Design and Access is now offering open lab time for faculty to come get their Blackboard and accessibility questions answered. Finals Frenzy takes place each semester. This week long series of events is geared towards alleviating stress, distracting from the pressure of exams and altogether giving a positive kick start to finals week. Departments and student organizations have come together to offer a wide array of events and services to help you through all the obstacles that finals may bring.

As the winter season is approaching, Santa is getting ready to make his annual appearance! His sleigh-bells are ringing and elfs are singing. Come to the RSC 1st floor on Monday, December 4th and take home your own picture with Santa! From 10a.m-2p.m, come and smile really big for the nice, jolly man! Gender Diversity Training will cover de-mystifying the transitioning process, challenges posed here at WSU, myths, misconceptions and language. IEEE Student Branch is excited to announce the main activity for this academic year. During every week’s meeting we will be working on getting Cisco CCNA certifications. This year we will start with Cisco ICND-01/2. We will be using EEB’s Cisco rack for our exercises besides a full Cisco lab that was put together with the help of EECS department’s donated equipment. Our meetings during the Fall Semester are every Monday from 6 – 7 PM, RSC room #245.

The Counseling and Testing Center invites all students to participate in the Healing Arts Showcase. The showcase exhibits art work created by WSU students and aims to educate on and address mental health and the stigma surrounding it.
