Soup is back at the Shocker Sports Grill & Lanes just in time for the cooler weather! A different soup will be featured each week, Monday-Friday. Grab a cup for $2.99 or a bowl for $3.99. For October 28-November 1, the Soup of the Week is Chicken Enchilada.

The new Steve Clark YMCA is hiring! Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. the YMCA is giving away FREE PRIZES and SNACKS in the RSC, 1st floor. Like most graduate students, you probably have a thesis or research project in your future for which you will need to collect an analyze data. Join the Graduate School with Heather Merchant, Instructional Designer with Instructional Design and Access, for Using Excel to Organize and Understand Your Data at lunch on Wednesday, October 30, 12:00-1:30 pm in the Harvest Room (142) of the RSC to learn the best ways to organize data with Excel, what common mistakes to avoid, and some simple functions.

Would you like to learn more about volunteering in Wichita? Attend a Community Service Board (CSB) meeting! Meetings are held every Thursday from 3:30-5:00 pm in Room 142 of the RSC. During CSB meetings, guests have the opportunity to learn about and tour local nonprofits and work on community service projects to give back to the community. Bring the whole family and explore your creative side with the Student Activities Council and the Ulrich Museum of Art. Together we will explore the galleries with a scavenger hunt, play games, and participate in hands-on art-making activities inspired by the artists, ideas, and materials featured in the Ulrich’s current exhibitions.
