The Heskett Center will have modified hours from May 12 to June 3. The Heskett Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The Lambda Alpha Symposium was created to encourage and recognize student research in the field of anthropology. The symposium provides students an opportunity to present a 15-minute presentation and discuss current research in an atmosphere conducive to professional development. At the end of the event, three judges will announce a winner, who will be given a prize of $100. Additionally, an award will be given for best Undergraduate presentation.
