Brad Hunt is the current head cross country and distance coach at Princeton University. Brad was a teammate of mine at Kent State before starting his coaching career with the Golden Flashes. Lily Wu is an award-winning journalist and active community volunteer. She joined KAKE News in 2010 after earning a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Hong Kong. Lily grew up in Wichita, Kan. and earned the distinction of Summa Cum Laude by graduating with two bachelor’s degrees in international business and integrated marketing communications from Wichita State University.
She is involved with pageantry and placed 4th-Runner Up at Miss Global 2017, held in Cambodia. Lily has also represented the USA at Miss World University and Miss Chinese World, as well as represented Kansas at Miss United States, Miss Teen International, and Miss International.
Coach Wise sits down with local music artist, Adam Capps. Adam grew up listening to music from a wide variety of artists from Queen to Alan Jackson and everything in between. During his attendance at Wichita State University, where he was an accomplished track athlete, he earned a degree in Spanish and Education. He used that degree to begin his first job as a high school Spanish teacher. During the last couple years of college he started performing at smaller venues and parties and gained a following in his hometown of Wichita, Ks. It wasn’t until the age of 24 that Adam had the aspirations to pursue a music career.
Coach Wise is joined with Wichita film producer/director Leif Jonker. Both share a passion for movie making…especially in the genre of horror films. It’s October, so sit back and enjoy some tales from the dark side of cinema.
