Think you may need your eyes checked? Find out for free with Free Vision Screenings from Student Health Services and the Medical Services Bureau, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on April 24 in RSC 314 and 316.

April 10th, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., be sure to enjoy INTERFEST, the international food festival in the Neff Hall Courtyard. Each semester WSU Students prepare and sell dishes from their native countries for this event. The festival provides a platform for inter-cultural sharing where the WSU Community and visitors can try out diverse cuisine and learn about the origins and cultural significance of a particular dish. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and students participating in the research will be entered into one of two drawings. A total of four $250 scholarships and 14-second place $50 Amazon Gift Cards will be given out.

Established during an era of de-facto racial segregation, Wichita’s Dunbar Theater became a resource for local African Americans. This presentation will examine the birth, development, decline, and resurrection of one of Wichita’s iconic community institutions. “The History of Wichita’s Dunbar Theater,” Tuesday, February 12 at 6:00 p.m. in Hubbard Hall, Room 208.
